Working principle of kitchen oil separator

The kitchen oil separator consists of three areas. When the kitchen sewage flows into the first tank, the sundries basket will cut off the solid sundries (vegetable leaves, etc.). After entering the second tank, several baffles control the flow rate and direction of water, and the oil and water are separated by density difference. The grease with lower density will float on the upper part of the tank, and the water will continue to flow into the outlet area of the third tank and be discharged into the municipal pipe network. The structure of the water outlet area also fully considers the water flow uniformity and measures such as deodorization and siphon prevention.
